Terms & Conditions for YesPlease Travel & Tours:

Payment Policy:
All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR) only. We accept credit card payments via Master Card, Visa, Diners or American Express. Should you prefer to make an EFT payment our banking details will be provided and we will require a copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment. Full payment for the reservation is required 30 days prior to arrival. However, for reservations that are made within 30 days of the arrival date full payment is required on confirmation of the booking. Yes Please Bed and Breakfast we require a deposit with which to guarantee the booking.
A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation. The balance of the account can either be paid before arrival or upon arrival.
For all Group bookings a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and full payment is required before arrival.

All Bookings are Provisional booking which will automatically expire after 72hours should we not receive Credit Card Details or a minimum of 50% deposit. 

Failure to contact us before the 72hours are up the system will automatically delete your booking. and we will not be held liable for you arriving and your reservation was released and the room sold to somebody else.


Cancellation Policy:

Any Cancellation on arrival or during full confirmed booking - full payment (100%) will be forfeited
No Show, No Cancellation for a confirmed booking - full payment (100%) will be forfeited
Cancellation 30 days before arrival date - twenty five percent (25%) payment will be forfeited
Cancellation 0 - 7 days before arrival for confirmed booking - fifty percent (50%) payment will be forfeited
Cancellation less than 7 days - 48 hours before arrival for confirmed booking - seventy five percent (75%) payment will be forfeited
Cancellation 48 hours - 24 hours before arrival for confirmed booking - full payment (100%) payment will be forfeited
The Yes Please will consider the following to be compelling/extenuating circumstances, under which cancellation may be accepted, purely on compassionate basis, at no charge, provided that proof is furnished:
Life threatening and unforeseen illness/ sickness of client(s) or their immediate family member(s)
Death of client(s) or their immediate family member(s).
Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch.
